Rent is paid via the online tenant portal, where you can set up automatic drafts every month to come directly out of your account. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
First check your lease to see if your property allows pets, then notify your property manager to document the pet and pay any additional pet fees and deposits required. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If your roommate qualifies for the property on their own the lease can be transferred to them alone. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Give your property manager 30 days notice before your lease ends. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The property owners are required to pay for maintenance and repairs unless the damage was caused by the tenants.
